A spirit-filled life is full of wonder, hope, and joy. It provides peace of mind knowing you are co-creating with spirit. It improves relationships with others as well as yourself. It helps with stress and overall health and wellness, and it gives meaning and purpose to each day.


A spiritual practice connects us to deeper meaning and purpose and is known to be associated with a multitude of health benefits. There is a long list of ways to maintain a spiritual practice including yoga, prayer, meditation, journaling, a walk in the woods, reading, music, mindfulnes, and breathwork. Health benefits include a greater sense of peace and joy, decreased anxiety, better concentration, strenthening the immune system, lowering stess, groundedness, and better relationships.

What is Spirituality?

What is a Quest?

> An arduous search for something meaningful
> Adventurous journey to a specific goal
> A pursuit for answers or lost treasure
> A long search for something significant
> An expedition, adventure, journey, voyage, trek


A Spirit Quest is a sacred inquiry or search for your unique meaning and purpose in life. Ultimately the journey is within with many paths to get there.

How it all works

Maintaining a Spiritual Practice Alone Can Be Difficult

We will focus on three main areas

Many of us carry spiritual wounds resulting in disconnection from self and others, loss of hope and purpose, feelings of shame and/or guilt, isolation, lonliness, a diminished sense of self or worth,

What Gets in the Way

Every day is an opportunity for a spiritual quest and every day life can get in the way. Identify what is getting in the way, explore self-care techniques, and learn sacred practices to stay grounded in and connected to spirit

Deepen Your Practice

Learn about sacred practices and rituals to deepen your spiritual experience. We will explore a variety of ways to enhance your spiritual life including the use of essential oils, SoulCollage®, working with crystals, retreats, rituals, and guided meditations.
